Donna Wisnicki

For as long as I can remember I have always loved being creative. When I was very young my family lived in the country and yes, I did attend a one room schoolhouse. I can distinctly remember the day an art teacher from the city came to teach us how to draw our trains! Imagine! That day was a turning point and ‘I will do it my way’ was ignited.  Later in years my father would challenge me to do the ‘Draw This’ in the TV guide. I continued my love of art and design by attending community college programs.

Being creative gives me the freedom of expression and it still amazes me what my ‘accidents’ can produce.

Mixed Media is my new passion. NO RULES! Whether I’m working on card designs, exploring my interpretation of a technique, or playing on a canvas this is my joy. My inspiration can come from nature or a treasure found at a garage sale.

The sky is the limit, I only hope my unique creations brighten someone’s day.
